KVID AI prioritizes customer satisfaction and operates a fair and transparent refund policy. This refund policy guides the refund conditions and procedures for credit purchases and service use.
1. Refundable Conditions & Calculation Method
A. Full Refund (100% refund)
- Within 14 days of purchase AND within 30 days validity period AND all 3,000 credits remain unused
- When normal use is impossible due to serious service defects
- When duplicate payments occur due to payment errors
- When purchased credits are not properly charged to the account
B. Partial Refund (with 10% processing fee)
- Within 14 days of purchase AND within 30 days validity period AND some credits have been used
- Refund amount = Payment amount × (Remaining credits ÷ 3,000) × 0.9
- Example: If 1,500 credits remain out of 3,000: $30 × (1,500 ÷ 3,000) × 0.9 = $13.50
Important: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Credits have a 30-day validity period from purchase date. Partial refunds include a 10% processing fee.
2. Non-refundable Cases
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase (refund request period expired)
- More than 30 days have passed since credit purchase (credits expired)
- Expired credits after the 30-day validity period
- Refund requests for already used credits
- Free credits received through promotions, events, or bonuses
- Account suspension due to user's improper use
- Credits used before membership withdrawal
3. Refund Request Procedure
- Send refund request email to customer service ([email protected])
- Include the following information: order number, purchase date, refund reason, refund amount
- Customer service reviews the refund request (within 1-3 business days)
- If refund is approved, processing to the original payment method (5-7 business days)
- Send refund completion notification email
4. Refund Processing Period
- Credit card: 3-5 business days (may vary by card company)
- Bank transfer: 1-2 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: According to each payment processor's policy
5. Special Provisions
- Package purchases: Refund at individual price, not package price
- Subscription services: Prorated refund for unused period
- Exchange rate fluctuations: Refund at exchange rate at time of refund
